THE NEXUS FORMULA

Restraint over volume. Skin first. Needle second.

Most aesthetic clinics in Singapore lead with filler. Dr Samantha leads with the skin. The bulk of the Nexus protocol is hydration, polynucleotides, and collagen-stimulating boosters. Filler enters only where it earns its place.

Safety-first.

Areas assessed before product choice. Pigment, barrier function, laxity, history. Every decision runs through a safety read before efficacy. Sometimes the safest answer is to wait, switch protocol, or do less this session.

Natural-looking method.

Subtle planning for your face. A deliberate millilitre at a tear trough. A measured smile-line correction. Never a syringe to fix what good skin biology can repair on its own. The aim is fresher, not puffy.

MEET THE FOUNDER

Dr Samantha grew up with teenage acne. She tried doxycycline through secondary school, then oral contraceptives, and came off both in medical school after reading the long-term cancer risk data. The acne came back, and she found aesthetic medicine the hard way, paying for treatments herself.

In her first solo clinic years there was no other doctor on shift, so she lasered her own pigmentation between appointments. HIFU, skin boosters, the rest. She had been her own test patient long before opening Nexus. Every protocol on the clinic menu has to pass that same test.
