Cyspera Intensive is a topical pigment corrector formulated around cysteamine, a tyrosinase-inhibitor mechanism distinct from hydroquinone. It is dispensed at Nexus for patients with melasma, stubborn post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, or post-Pico maintenance.

Common protocol: once-daily application for 15 minutes, then wash off, layered with sunscreen during the day. The application window is specific because of the cysteamine smell and irritation profile. Dr Samantha walks patients through tolerance ramp-up at the first dispensing.

Not for patients with active inflammatory skin conditions or who haven't completed an initial dermal assessment.
